Oh, it was soooo tempted to keep the money, but chances were high I'd get caught, with my messed up log-ins and all. Plus the hours they paid me for were more than I'm legally allowed to work as a student worker, so maybe the school could have gotten in trouble too? I don't know, things could have gone badly.
I think I'm going to try a vegetable moussaka, which is pretty much vegetables cooked in a casserole with milk and cheese. It doesn't have any out of the ordinary ingredients to scare off the non-vegetarians and doesn't look too complicated to make. Most the fall/Thanksgiving-type dishes I found have been pretty much "cook vegetables in a stew or casserole and add some kind of sauce".
