I used to make these all the time in Adobe After Effects for my internship at MiNDTV a couple summers ago (they're what they started me out on to practice using the program). They're actually a lot harder than they look lol. Nowhere near as good as those though =P Kinda wish I had After Effects on my computer so I do some more haha
