& what animal-friendly entrees have you thought of so far?! because i too find myself making only the desserts for the big shindigs year after year and i similarly think it would be nice to start secretly peddling off my vegetarian contraptions on my fiercely carnivorous relatives. i've always been intrigued by tofurkey; however, i am not sure that would ever go over so well.

&& don't feel bad about procrastinating. i used to do that all the time too. and i get the feeling that i will continue to do it in grad school as well, which is probably not a good thing, but what the heck. my motto has always been "you'll get it done eventually," lol.
